Our Updated Safety and Mitigation Practices

As a 20-year safety award winner, remediator of hazardous spaces, and essential business during the COVID crisis, SMS Indoor Environmental Cleaning Inc takes the safety of our employees and clients very seriously. We have implemented safety and mitigation practices in addition to our standard safety practices and use of PPE. It is our goal to make every effort to ensure your needs are met and our technicians and estimators remain safe as we enter your homes and businesses.

The following precautions have been implemented for the safety of the community, our employees, and clients:

• If anyone in your home or business is sick or has been exposed to COVID-19, please call us at (508) 444-9917 to cancel your appointment.
• You can schedule a video conference with an estimator. If any onsite estimate is required, the estimator will arrive at your property in full protective gear and maintain social distancing, or you can be on the phone while your property is inspected.
• Technicians will arrive in full PPE and typically work inside a protective containment zone. Occupants are never allowed to breach the containment zone, and we ask that you arrange to be somewhere else or maintain a safe distance during your project.
• Please wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds prior to our arrival. We also ask that you provide our technicians with access to a sink for hand washing as needed.
• If an employee is sick, they are asked to stay home. We seek your patience and understanding in the event your appointment must be rescheduled.
